Part III: SERVICE SPECIFICATIONS 

1. Steve's Cutting Edge Lawn Care Inc. will provide all necessary material(s) and equipment needed to complete the service(s) selected above. All work will be performed in a professional manner according to standard practices. 

2. Required by Part 325.40(a)(1): The property owner or owner’s agent may request the specific date or dates of the application(s) to be provided, and, if so requested, the pesticide applicator or business must inform of the specific dates and include that date in the contract. 

Part IV: SERVICE POLICY

1. For everyone’s safety, please use caution when approaching, while Steve's Cutting Edge Lawn Care Inc. employees are using equipment. It is especially important to keep children and pets inside the house or business while lawn care equipment is being used.

2. If a pet is kept at the property, the lawn must be free of pet droppings when Steve's Cutting Edge Lawn Care Inc. is scheduled to service your yard.

3. In the event of inclement weather, Steve's Cutting Edge Lawn Care Inc. may be forced to reschedule a scheduled service. Your visit will be scheduled for the next available day. It is understood that depending on the length, and severity of any inclement weather, that it may take Steve's Cutting Edge Lawn Care Inc. varying amounts of time to fulfill the work covered under this service agreement. The client is aware that weather conditions in the area may change rapidly and without notice. Changes in weather conditions are considered to be part of nature and Steve's Cutting Edge Lawn Care Inc. assumes no liability for such.

4. All quotes/estimates are valid for 30 days after the date of proposal as indicated above.

Part V: PAYMENT OPTIONS

1. ACH Payments (NEW!) GO PAPERLESS! We will automatically charge the account on file. This is the FASTEST AND EASIEST payment method

2. Automatic Credit Card payments
   We will automatically charge the credit card on file.

3. Cash/Personal/Business/Bank Check/Money Order 
   Upon receiving your invoice you can pay by check or use your bank’s web bill pay system.

 

Part V: PAYMENT TERMS

 

1. Invoices will be rendered by Steve's Cutting Edge Lawn Care Inc. to the Client a month prior to the service month, and are due in full 15 days later. Steve's Cutting Edge Lawn Care Inc.

2. There is a 3% fee for all invoices that exceed $750.00. Payment is required to be made over the phone at which time the total convenience fee will be told to the customer.

3. A late fee of $15.00 will be added if payment is late.

4. This agreement price has been negotiated and agreed upon, based on the Client’s grounds, as they exist on the agreement date.

5. A service charge of $25.00 will be charged for any returned checks.

6. Customer accepts full financial responsibility for all charges, including any collection costs, and attorney fees incurred to collect on their account.
